[need help] How to set a boundary condition with psai does not equal to zero?

I have constuct a 1D model with the general form, the function psai(x) which I needed must not be
vanished at the boundary x=1, how should I set the condition. Thanks alot. Do I need the weak constraint
to achieve the purpose?
